Glenn Hodgins is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the organization. He works with the National Board and CMC Regional Directors to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the Centre. From 2012 – 2013 he served as the Vice-Chair of the Ontario Regional Council.

Ian Cusson Named as COC's New Composer-in-Residence

"The Canadian Opera Company Academy, a pioneering development program to foster young opera artists, creators and administrators, is piloting a new artistic development opportunity in 2019: the Composer-in-Residence program, for which Canadian composer Ian Cusson has been selected as the inaugural artist. Cusson begins his residency with the COC on August 19, 2019.

Stefan Vidovic is a Serbo-Canadian tenor currently studying at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music, under the tutelage of voice teacher Monica Whicher and vocal coach Peter Tiefenbach. A graduate of the Arts Canterbury Dramatic Arts program, he received the Sunny Liston Dramatic Arts Award in 2016. His past roles include Glazier in Strindberg’s A DREAM PLAY; Shrek in SHREK: THE MUSICAL (CHS), and Luka/Yvan in J. Strauss’s DIE FLEDERMAUS (GGS).
