You literally see and feel the ice

Type:Press (pdf)
Description:In this feature on Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra composer-in-residence Vincent Ho, Patrick White describes the excursion to the arctic that the composer took prior to his composition of Arctic Symphony in 2010. Ho was inspired by conversations he had with the elders in the North. As he explains, "it is the universal themes that came of those conversations- the pain, the loss, the suffering- that many people will understand in this piece."
