In this interview composer Vincent Ho discusses his music, the audience, and his compositional process. He says he was inspired to become a composer from a young age, through interactions in his junior high music class, and seeing the film Amadeus (about the life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart). He says that he was drawn to being a composer because of the way composing combines his emotional and analytical sides. Says Ho, "I try to approach life with a childlike sense of enthusiasm and a sense of wonder and curiosity."
