Programme Note:
Fascination with the space between A and B…the space between a point of departure and the point of arrival…the time between a beginning and an unforeseen ending. It is the action involved in filling this space, defining this time, transforming it into something concrete, rendering tangible, and making a connection between two players, their instruments, their sounds, that leads to exploration and discovery. Les Interstices Tangible is dedicated to violoncellist Gabriel Prynn.

Premiere Information:
28 February 2012, Chapelle historique du Bon-Pasteur, Montréal, Québec.
Gabriel Prynn, violoncello; Wonny Song, piano.
